Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow your package online.

Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined. Each order will be processed separately.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We are unable to split one order and ship it to multiple addresses. If you would like to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Customs, Duties & International Delays

For international orders, some countries may charge import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs inspections may also cause delivery delays that are outside of our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
